We are happy to be back and welcome you on board. In aviation, the safety of passengers and crew is paramount. This area is extremely strictly regulated and will always be a priority, so due to the Covid-19 pandemic, additional health safety measures will be implemented in flights. We are ready to meet all the necessary requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during the flight.

Before travel

  • Please review and observe the current entry requirements for your destination as well as the regulations at the departure and destination airports. Some countries for example require temperature screening upon arrival and wearing masks in public areas. For information about travel restrictions in different countries, you can visit:

  • We strongly recommend check-in online through Airhub Airline, so that you can avoid queues and direct contact at check-in desk at the airport.
  • Pre-order your inflight meal and other services in advance.
  • Take with you masks that cover your mouth and nose, as you are required to wear one during all the journey. Please bear in mind that masks should be changed every 4 hours or when becoming wet or soiled.
  • You can carry disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer fluid that meets the allowable fluid level in your hand luggage.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell. Anyone with symptoms of a respiratory infection will be denied boarding.

At the airport

  • Only passengers with valid boarding pass or flight ticket can enter the airport.
  • Please always wear your face mask while at the airport.
  • Use hand sanitizers at the airport that are available.
  • For your safety, always keep distance to other customers. Observe physical barriers or signs indicating distancing requirements.
  • Avoid unnecessary gatherings of people, physical contacts.
  • Please be ready for initial health screening (body temperature control) at the airports. In each airport health protection measures may be different.
  • Keep in mind that many shops and restaurants at the airports may still be closed. Please check latest information on the website of each airport.

Boarding

  • Boarding will start from the rear part, so please wait until your boarding group is called.
  • Please wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose by boarding begins and during the flight.
  • It is recommended to prepare boarding passes in advance, self-scan them and show your travel document to the boarding agent.
  • To follow the distancing rules airport bus boarding and de-boarding will be done with a reduced number of passengers. Airport buses are regularly disinfected.

On board

  • Our crew wear protective face masks and gloves during the whole flight. Please wear the face mask as well, until the moment you exit the airport in your destination country.
  • Airhub aircrafts are equipped with modern environmental control system. Airborne pathogens from the cabin air are eliminated when the air passes through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter that provides the best level of filtration available for cabin air.
  • Our aircrafts are regularly disinfected. After each return flight we carefully clean all commonly used surfaces such as armrests, backrests, meal tray tables, seatbelt latches, air and light gaspers, overhead bin handles, galleys and toilets.
  • To minimize contact between people on board, our current in-flight service has been adapted and simplified.
  • Please avoid unnecessary movement in the cabin. If you need to move around for medical reasons, it’s of course permitted.
  • We strongly recommend payments with cards.
  • Please consider your fellow passengers and maintain social distancing upon leaving the aircraft.

Traveling to Estonia

COVID-19: PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

All travelers arriving and returning to Estonia, is required to submit a Health declaration form a maximum of 72 hours before their arrival in Estonia. Travelers should keep the confirmation e-mail after completing it electronically or print it out before traveling.

All passengers arriving or returning to Estonia (including children from 12 years) must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test no earlier than 72 hours before the flight or RAT (rapid antigen test) performed no earlier than 48 hours before the flight (documents must be prepared in one of the official languages of the European Union).

Exceptions for mandatory COVID-19 (PCR, RAT) test will be made for persons traveling in transit through Estonia, persons under 12 years of age.

For passengers traveling with the EU Digital COVID Certificate proving that a person:

  • has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination and no more than 12 months have passed;
  • SARSCoV2 diagnostic test has been performed with a negative result;
  • has recovered from COVID-19 when the diagnosis has been confirmed with a positive result of the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or antigen test, and no more than 180 days elapsed.

Digital or paper format of the EU Digital COVID Certificate must be presented.

Traveling to Lithuania

COVID-19: PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

All passengers arriving from Schengen and non-Schengen countries within 48 hours before the start of the travel to Lithuania are required to register in the National Public Health Center (NPHS) before the flight by filling in an electronic form. The received electronic confirmation (QR code) must be presented during boarding.

The test and isolation requirements apply depending on which country returning from. Countries are currently categorized by color zones and assigned to red or gray, yellow, green, and black zones. The list of affected countries is updated weekly on Fridays and takes effect from next Monday. For more information

All passengers arriving or returning to Lithuania (including children from 16 years) must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test no earlier than 72 hours before the flight or RAT (rapid antigen test) performed no earlier than 48 hours before the flight (documents must be prepared in one of the official languages of the European Union). Serological antibody test result is not accepted.

Exceptions for mandatory COVID-19 (PCR, RAT) test for:

• passengers traveling in transit through Lithuania;
• children under 16 years of age;
• for people co-infected with COVID-19 when the diagnosis has been confirmed with a positive result of the SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or antigen test, and no more than 180 days elapsed between the positive test result and arrival in Lithuania.
• for passengers traveling with the EU Digital COVID Certificate/document proving that a person has gone through the full program of COVID-19 vaccination with vaccine registered in the European Union Register of Medicinal Products (documents must be prepared in one of the official languages of the European Union) and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination or at least with one dose of vaccine, for persons who was confirmed with COVID-19 and the diagnosis based on a positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR test.

Starting February 1, the EU Digital COVID Certificate is valid for 270 days for persons vaccinated with full vaccination scheme (270 days’ time limit does not apply to individuals under 18 years of age). For those who have received a booster dose, the EU Digital Vaccine Certificate is valid indefinitely.

Please note that passenger will be denied at boarding and GetJet Airlines is not responsible for the consequences in case of non compliance with the QR code and not having all required documents.

Traveling to Greece

All passengers traveling from Lithuania to Greece (including children from 12 years) must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test, no earlier than 72 hours before the flight or RAT (rapid antigen test) performed no earlier than 48 hours before the flight. It is necessary to have a paper or electronic certificate in English confirming a negative test result. Original certificate must contain QR- code or real live stamp of the laboratory. Electronic certificate must contain QR- code.

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR or RAT test is not required:

For passengers with a document certifying that the person has been fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination. It is necessary to have a paper original document in English. List of acceptable vaccines which is approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Pfizer Bi-oNtech, Moderna, Astra Zeneca/Oxford, Novavax, Johnson + Johnson/Janssen, Sinovac Biotech, Gamaleya, Cansino Biologics, Sinopharm and 14 days must be elapsed since last vaccination.

For passengers with the certificate, confirming that the person has been infected with COVID-19 when the diagnosis has been confirmed with a positive test result with COVID 19 by the PCR molecular test or the rapid antigen test. The certificate of recovery is valid from the 30th day after the first positive diagnosis and is valid up to 180 days. It is necessary to have a paper original certificate in English.

Also for passengers traveling with the EU Digital COVID Certificate proving that a person:

  • has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination;
  • SARSCoV2 diagnostic test has been performed with a negative result;
  • has recovered from COVID-19.

Digital or paper format of the EU Digital COVID Certificate must be presented.
All travelers (including children) no later than 24 hours before arrival must complete the “Passenger Location Form” when traveling to Greece. Travelers are personally responsible for providing the correct information in the form. The completed form must be presented before departure, we recommend that you print it out or save in your phone.

Traveling to Austria

COVID-19: PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

Passengers traveling to Austria (except children under 12 years) are required to present proof of full vaccination*/recovery and a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival, or proof of a booster jab. Travelers have the option to present proof via EU Digital Certificate which is provided with an EU-compliant QR code in German or English. Printed versions and medical certificates of vaccination or recovery are also accepted.

 

Details and exemptions

This requirement does not apply to:

  • Travelers under the age of 12. More information: here.
  • Travelers with valid proof of recovery and 2 vaccine doses. A medical certificate from a doctor or a public authority including the date of recovery from COVID-19 in German or English, in Latin characters, is needed. Proof of recovery can be used for 180 days to enter Austria.
  • Travelers with full vaccination and a booster shot (valid from the 1st day).

 

Fully vaccinated travelers that have not received a vaccine booster must register on the Digital pre-travel clearance form (PTC) a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Austria. Travelers must show their PTC form in digital or hard copy on arrival.

Travelers unable to show any of these documents must apply for Pre-travel clearance take a COVID-19 PCR test a maximum of 24 hours after arrival in Austria, and quarantine on arrival until a negative test result.

 

*Full vaccination

• Two-dose vaccinations are currently valid for 270 days after the second or any additional dose. There need to be at least 14 days in between the first and second jab and 120 days between the second and third one.
• The Johnson & Johnson vaccination is valid for 270 days, 22 days after the first dose. Please note: Since 3 January 2022, you need a booster if you have only received one Johnson & Johnson dose.
• If you are both vaccinated and recovered, the first dose is valid for 270 days.
• BioNtech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Covishield, Covaxin, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Sinovac, and Sinopharm are valid for entering Austria.

Traveling to Spain

COVID-19: PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS

All passengers arriving to Spain (except children under 12 years) must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test, no earlier than 72 hours before the flight or rapid antigen test (RAT) performed no earlier than 48 hours before the flight. It is necessary to have a paper original laboratory document in English confirming a negative test result.

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR or rapid antigen (RAT) test is not required:

  1. For passengers with a document certifying that the person has been fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination. It is necessary to have a paper original document in English. Vaccine list: Pfizer BioNtech, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Janssen Pharmaceutica NV, Sinopharm.
  2. For passengers with a document confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19, when the diagnosis was confirmed on a positive result of a COVID-19 PCR between 11 to 180th day before arrival. The period is calculated from the date of the test recorded in the document. It is necessary to have a paper original document in English.
  3. Also for passengers traveling with the EU Digital COVID Certificate proving that a person:
  • has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination;
  • SARSCoV2 diagnostic test has been performed with a negative result;
  • has recovered from COVID-19when the diagnosis was confirmed on a positive result of a COVID-19 PCR between 11 to 180th day before arrival.
    Digital or paper format of the EU Digital COVID Certificate must be presented.

All passengers arriving to Spain must fill in FCS form 48 hours before the flight. You can fill the form here.

Upon successful completion of the form, a QR code is obtained, which passengers will be required to provide upon arrival to the screening staff. The QR code can be saved on the phone or a paper copy.

Note: Each passenger receives a separate QR form when filling the „Family Group FCS Form“.

Please note that passengers will not be accepted on the flight and Airhub Airlines is not responsible for the consequences if you do not have all the necessary documents.

Traveling to Egypt

All passengers traveling to Egypt (except children under 12 years) must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test, no earlier than 72 hours before the flight or rapid antigen test (RAT) performed no earlier than 72 hours before the flight. It is necessary to have a paper original laboratory document or electronic certificate in English confirming a negative test result.

Requirements for the PCR test certificate:

  • Certificate must contain a real live stamp and the signature of the laboratory doctor in English.
  • Certificate contains a watermark or an international QR-code barcode that converts the result directly on the official website of the laboratory.
  • In the absence of a printed analysis from the laboratory, passenger must have an official email with the result issued by the laboratory and not from any other email.
  • No handwritten analysis will be accepted.
  • Certificate must contain full passenger data, clearly and correctly.

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test is not required for passengers traveling with a document certifying that the person has been fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and a period of 14 days has elapsed since the last vaccination.

Please note:
• Passengers traveling to Sharm El Sheikh with a document confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 when the diagnosis was confirmed on a positive result of a COVID-19 PCR test and has a single dose of the vaccine (when the full vaccination consists of two doses) exception for PCR or RAT test does not apply. Passengers must perform a COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) PCR test or rapid antigen test (RAT) performed no earlier than 72 hours before the flight.

• Passengers traveling to Hurghada with a document confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 when the diagnosis was confirmed on a positive result of a COVID-19 PCR test and has a single dose of the vaccine (when the full vaccination consists of two doses) PCR or RAT test is not required. The EU Digital COVID certificates, proving that a person has recovered from COVID-19 and has been vaccinated with single dose of the vaccine must be presented.

All travelers (including children) must complete the Public Health Declaration Form when traveling to Egypt. Travelers are personally responsible for providing the correct information in the form. The completed form must be presented at the airport of arrival in Egypt, we recommend that you print it out and complete it in advance.
